The Ukrainian Society of Appraisers is preparing the annual 26th International Conference, to be held on 6-7 September 2019 in Odessa, which will be devoted to business valuation issues including the implementation of the norms of European and international standards in the valuation practice in Ukraine.
Developing the main theme, we would like to touch upon the issues of building cash flows in the valuation of business and business interests, SQUEEZE-OUT procedure in joint stock companies, determination of the discount rate, and valuation of existing green energy enterprises.
